Busboys and Poets at 5th and K features the Cullen Room, a private events and performance space, named in honor of Countee Cullen, poet and playwright who was one of the preeminent figures of the Harlem Renaissance. Enjoy a pre-dinner reception at 6:30 p followed by dinner. Our post-dinner evening activity will feature a lecture by the 2011 ASPET Julius Axelrod Award Recipient, Elaine Sanders-Bush, Ph.D. The ASPET Axelrod Award honors investigators for their mentorship and contributions to the field of pharmacological research. Both members and non-members of the Club are welcome.
